Join us for an early morning yoga Wellness escape on Ireland’s Eye – think
fresh sea air, dreamy views, and total switch-off mode. We’ll start with a relaxed, all-levels yoga session to stretch, breathe, and shake off the week, followed by a guided wellness experience designed to leave you floating (in the best way).
Then it’s time to kick back and indulge in some handmade handcrafted herbal teas from native seasonal plants, designed to nourish and support while you soak up the scenery. There’s always the option for a refreshing sea dip. Complete your morning reset with a delicious lunch in the Bloody Stream, Howth.
Your Hosts
Deborah – is an Ecologist with a love of landscapes and wild places. Her practice
brings together over 20 years of body work, herbalism and yoga to help support individuals navigate their own personal journeys.
Mark – our Master Mariner and Chief Engineer, continuing a proud family tradition. With generations of knowledge, he offers a rich and authentic experience of the waters around Howth and Ireland’s Eye.
Wednesdays @ 10.30am. Sundays @ 9am.

Itinerary
Departure/Returning Point: Pontoon on West Pier, Howth
Departure from West Pier, Howth: Passengers will arrive at the pontoon on West Pier in Howth and meet the crew. A short safety announcement will be provided before boarding the boat.
Ferry Ride to Ireland’s Eye: Enjoy the scenic journey across Dublin Bay. Take in the beautiful coastal views and wildlife spotting opportunities.
Arrival on Ireland’s Eye: Disembark from the ferry (please note this is not a pontoon and involves some climbing and suitable footwear).
Yoga on Ireland’s Eye: Yoga, meditation and breathwork led by Deborah Tiernan of Aran Herbs and Yoga.
Optional Sea Swim: Sea dip on the clear waters of Ireland’s Eye.
Return Journey to Howth: Board the tranquil short ferry back to Howth.
Lunch: Arrive back at West pier in Howth, and enjoy lunch in The Bloody Stream, Howth village.
Guidelines
Safety is paramount at all times and the master of the vessel may alter the route for the cruise in the case of unfavourable weather conditions.
Parking
Howth is a busy area so please factor in some time for traffic and locating parking. If you are running late, please call us +353 868459154 and let us know, you can come on the next tour if you miss the time slot originally booked.
Cancellation Policy
We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 1 day or less before the event.
